How early should I make reservations?

It is recommended to make reservations as soon as possible in order to guarantee all items needed.

 

How can I reserve items needed?

Items can be reserved over the phone or in our showroom.  A 50% non-refundable deposit of your total order is due on reservation.  The deposit can be paid by phone (with a credit card), or you can come to our showroom and pay with cash, check (must be at least 2 weeks in advance in order to clear) or credit card.  A credit card number and drivers license number are both required to be placed on file in case of loss of items.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, checks (2 weeks prior to event) and credit cards.  Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.  Payment in full is due one week prior to your event.

 

How late can I make changes to my order?

Changes (reductions and deletions) can be made up until two weeks before delivery or customer pick-up.  Additions will be accepted until 9:00am of the day of delivery (if truck has not left) or until time of customer pick up, if available.

 

Will the items be set up if I have them delivered?

Delivery is available at an extra charge.  Deliveries are to a level, easy access area (front door/garage area).  Set up and knock down fees will be charged if you desire the service and it must be arranged in advance with our staff.

 

What if I need to cancel my order after paying a deposit?

Reservation deposits are non-refundable.  2 weeks cancellation required for ALL items.  No exceptions.

 

Do I need to wash linens and/or dishes before they are returned?

Linens need to be shaken free of any food and placed back in the bags delivered in.  If linens are wet, DO NOT place in bags and close.  This will cause mildew!  Any dishes or food trays need to be cleaned upon pick up or return.
